Terms of Service

Last updated 20 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and [Your company name] ("we") for using Inkvale. By creating an account or reading on Inkvale, you accept them.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account. Keep your password private and turn on two-factor authentication if you can. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Reading and personal use

Series on Inkvale belong to their authors and rights holders. You may read them for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, translate or republish chapters, including subscriber-only chapters, or share your account to give others access.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are described on the plans page and governed by our Subscription and Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

Community rules

Comments and reviews must not harass people, reveal spoilers without marking them, contain hate speech, spam, or share pirated content. We may hide content, hold it for review, or suspend accounts that break these rules. Reviews must reflect your own reading.

Content from authors and translators

Staff and contributors who upload content confirm they have the rights to do so and grant us a licence to host, display and distribute it on Inkvale. Rights holders can send takedown notices through the contact form (topic: Rights and copyright).

Changes and availability

Release and unlock schedules are set by publishers and can change. We work to keep the service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
